The reception area was nice. Check-in check-out process was smooth. Netflix is available to watch. I enjoyed that. Love the nice view from my apartment. Very near to restaurants and shops.

As soon as I entered the apartment, I could smell an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I found out it was the smell of urine. I called the house keeper up. To clear the smell entirely, you'd have to wash the toilet completely, which may not be too convenient since I'm already there. The house keeper sprayed air freshener, and I accepted since it was just 1 night stay. I avoided the bathroom as much as possible. Wouldn't dare to open the toilet seat as I saw 1 stool stain in the toilet bowl rim. The kitchen sink drain was giving out an unpleasant odour. That smell permeates the whole living room, as it is an open plan design. The bed's blanket had a cigarette smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. The parking lot was quite scary in the day with no lights on. I felt really nervous whenever I need to walk from the car to the lift as I am a female travelling alone. It's a nice property, but the hygiene level and overall building maintainance makes it really uncomfortable to live in. I came because I saw the great review by others. Maybe it's just my unit. Never again.

I already inform about my arrival was early mrng. Requested early check in but they refuse to give roon until 3h00 we hv to sleep hv day in a cafe while we were damn tired after travelling. Upon that we hv to pay R100 to get room at 12h00.
