Arabian Villas Panchgani

We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. The local host Rahil was very cooperative and helpful. We had booked our stay few hours before arrival and we were little apprehensive if hotels.com had communicated to the owner as we had a prior bad experience. But this time it was good, a few minutes delayed but fine. We could checkout late and that was great. Overall we had a good stay. The information needs to be corrected at Hotels.com which does not inform about cottage rooms and mentions the whole villa is available for use.
