I like staying here when I work in the area since it's the best bargain and I can walk to work on the adjacent trail

The pillows and bed was comfortable, clean except for the crumbs on the floor Bath tub immaculate. Facility on lock down make you feel safe. Love the laminate floors and no stinky carpet.

The smoke smell when we walked in the door. No tiny soap was left toilet tissue was low . Whoever cleaned that room was lazy. Hallway smelled, no bleach smell like the last time we were there. We woke up to leave and the elevator was broke so we had to go down 3 flights of stairs thank god we didn't take the room on the 4th floor.Staff not friendly.a dog peed in the elevator and the owner tried to clean it and we can tell the staff never cleaned after him.

Hotel set up is very strange and lacks a traditional lobby/front desk. The entrance leading into the "lobby" from the parking lot is blocked by a door that requires an activated key card to unlock. And then there's ANOTHER door with the same lock from the lobby leading into the actual hotel where the rooms are. We got in late and had to call a staff member down to the front desk to check us in as no one was there. Upon arriving to the room, I quickly noticed how dirty it was. There was literal food on the floor, kitchen shelves and inside the microwave, so it clearly wasn't clean. The beds were made but the bathroom was barely set up and the kitchen was void of supplies in general. I went down to the lobby to get a different room when the desk lady told me there weren't any more 2 beds available. All they had was 1 beds. I explained I needed 2 as I was traveling with other people. She didn't seem very sympathetic to my predicament at the hotel's negligence and didn't offer me any solutions. She didn't offer to have the room cleaned or anything. No offers of compensation or reward for the inconvenience. It just turned into a "take it or leave it" situation which really pissed me off. Unable to accomplish anything I was stuck sleeping in the original room. This was my first visit here and it's certainly safe to say that I will NEVER be returning. I highly suggest you stay FAR AWAY from this place. Trust me! You can find a much better hotel for the same price.

Our room smelled terrible and the toilet had black build up under the rim that you can’t miss. Not to mention when we opened the bathroom door it smelled of urine and when my husband looked there was pee in the toilet. Pillows smelled like pets and the room just felt dirty. I sprayed air freshener to try and mask the foul odor. I didn’t request another room because by the time we checked in and got settled the front desk was already closed and we were leaving at 4:30 am to return home. I will spend the extra $20-30 for a better hotel next time i travel to the area. Lots of extra fees such as charging for changing out towels, renting an ironing board/iron. I would not recommend. The only good thing was location and the lady at check-in was nice.

The hotel was horrible, terrible housekeeping I had to change my room 3 times because all the ones they said was clean was disgusting… they let the dogs poop and pee all over the hotel with out cleaning up after it…
