I was greeted by Randolph who was personable and kind and has a great british accent. Plus I had the nicest room ever! Plus complimentary coffee in the am.

The location is convenient to reach and is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and a coffee shop. The breakfast here was very good, but is a separate purchase in a restaurant-style setting. There's a water bottle refill station in the gym on the first level above ground floor. Everyone was friendly.

I didn't like that breakfast was an additional charge, but it was very good and I would purchase it again, and the breakfast host was very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot has plenty of room but is also very tight to navigate.

I genuinely like this little hotel. May 2025 was my second stay with them. It’s not directly on the beach, but less than a block either way. Walking east takes you to the Atlantic, to the west to the bayfront. Strongly recommend getting a room on the east side of the hotel, even though there’s no “view.” The rooms with “views” face the highway and are much noisier. Too loud to enjoy sitting out on the balcony. You can barely see the bay anyway. A big plus for the hotel: All rooms come with a full-size kitchen. That’s good, because there’s not much for dining within walking distance. Avoid the restaurant catty-cornered from the hotel. It’s awful. Hotel food is decent, although expensive. Just not what I think of as “restaurant” meal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, I deducted a full star n this review because the manager promised me a refund (points) when I got ill during my stay. She even wrote on the folio how many points would be refunded to my Hilton rewards account. Despite multiple follow-up letters to her, they still have not refunded the points. So I won’t be staying there again. Nice enough hotel if everything goes right. Pretty bad service otherwise. I like dealing with people who keep their word.
