The hotel itself was lovely and the staff super nice. Breakfast ends earlier than usual (930) which caught us offguard. The area surrounding the hotel is kind of run down and not all that nice
The bed in very good
The main thing it’s got going for it is its proximity to the University. Other than that, it’s a mediocre hotel at best. Generally, do not recommend.

Convenient location although a little tricky getting in and out of the area by car. Nice hotel and good rooms.
The hotel next door was a days inn with alot of vagrants
motel next door had many vagrants hanging around the parking lot
Old dirty rundown hotel. Very surprising for Holiday Inn. Breakfast was ok.
