Os funcionários da recepção eram muito gentis e nos ajudaram com questões de transporte. A localização do hotel também é boa.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência. O chuveiro não esquetava direito e não consegui tomar banho quente nenhum dia, mesmo seguindo as orientações de como ligar o aquecedor. Havia mancha de batom na toalha e a roupa de cama também apresentava manchas. O papel higiênico estava mofado. O wi-fi raramente funcionava, não era possível usar o telefone do quarto para falar com a recepção e tivemos um episódio em que todas as tomadas pararam de funcionar.

I had a comfortable stay and would like to highlight several positives. The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and facilities were excellent, The front desk and management staff were particularly commendable—professional, polite, and very helpful.

Food was ok

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Service is second to none. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, spotlessly clean, nicely appointed with all the basics. Room 302 has a spectacular view of the Ganges from the balcony. Your hosts are more like life long friends. I will be returning to this property on my next visit to Rishikesh.
