Guidelines for Dog Owners: • 1-6 nights: the fee is $75, whether a 1 night or 6 nights stay. • 7-30 nights: the fee is $100 plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100. • 30+ nights: fee is based on hotel’s discretion To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet after a 7-30 night stay, there are certain steps that we must take to ensure the suite is left clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite to remove any fleas etc. The cost of performing this extra cleaning is approximately $100. For this reason, we add a NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning charge to the account when a guest checks-in for 7-30 nights with a pet. The Hyatt Place brand, limits pets to two (2) household dogs per room weighing less than 50 lbs. each, all dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor or aggressiveness. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can make arrangements to be present when your room is serviced. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. We suggest Guest use side or back entrances, and dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Housekeeping Service (Pets Related) It is mandatory that all guest rooms with pets are required to be serviced by our housekeeper at a minimum every three (3) days. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Was a Great hotel but has started to decline, but still clean"

This is our go to hotel for Prince George. We have been going here for the last 5-6 years 1-2 times a year and have stayed at this hotel. It is amazing. Clean and friendly. Unfortunately I needed to take a star away as this last time we stayed Nov. 2025 they just were not the same. The staff was super friendly and nice but…… the hygiene of some was not that welcoming. When you would ride the elevator especially in the morning hours it was filled with the aroma of BO. It was so bad at times that the smell would linger in the halls and elevator long after they left. They would often help us in the past when we would ask if we could have a dry breakfast set up early in the morning as we would have an early morning sporting event game on one of the days we were there and they would be happy to accommodate our request but not this time at all. This is not so bad but for the breakfast the only offer waffles every day of the weekend instead of rotating between the waffles and french toast like they do on the weekdays. We asked they said no they would not bring out any of the French toast on the weekends. Also the scrambled eggs are floating in water Over all we do love this hotel but it seems to be a bit on the down cline.

Traveling for sports tournament with the school. We choose to stay here because they are clean and always have a great breakfast which is so important for or athletes They are always welcoming and the cost is always right!

"Cozy and clean in central downtown PG"

Perfect stay - very clean and new, small hotel with great facilities. Bedding was soft, clean and ultra cozy. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful with a bunch of different options. We used the gym and it was pretty decent.

No hot tub!!!!!!

"Amazing stay at the Hyatt Prince George"

The location was amazing, the breakfast was great, the kids enjoyed a swim in the pool, I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at the beds were the most comfortable. Very nice amenities

The only complaint is my teen daughter slept on the couch bed and didn't have enough blankets so she was cold all night. I didn't find out until the morning or I would have called down for extra bedding. A suggestion is when you know there are extra people and the couch bed will be utilized, leave an extra blanket in the room

"Don't stay if your a different ethnicity."

Blood in the shower and elevator Racist staff. Being questioned about being a guest as I'm a different race then my spouse. Very racist and mircoaggresion at the property by staff

"May difficult with Kids"

Great Clean, Great Service, Not available Microwave oven in King Room, No Courtesy Water, Rooms are very compact, TV's are not allowing to share the screen with limitation to you tube only, we not able to play from the PC anything, it was hard to handle the kids.
