Perfect location, Staff were friendly, food was delicious.

Maybe get a better backup generator, unfortunately for us, we visited wrong time cause of the weather, the power was out the whole night and we could not sleep and just had to leave early morning to the city to avoid getting stuck in the floods.

The food was very good. The pool ad outdoor facilities were very good The staff were excellent

The beach was a bit mucky

Things I did like about the place, nice bar outside and it's open 24hr, free access directly to the beach or you can chill by the poolside. They have a bar connected to the hotel and food place to get food.

NOW what I didn't like and these just for customer improvements, Room service should have better process like having menu in the room and a way to contact staff to make order from the room. Also not able to order food from outside and bring to the room is bad cause every guest is not going to eat your food at your restaurant. This is about giving the customers options and best experience to your place. Also a staff should be a front desk for incoming guest not walking around trying to find them to check in. From the list of amenities the shower gel was missing.

Clean, comfortable, wonderful staff, easy check in. Swimming pool was open till late which allowed us a lovely night swim. The location was great as it was next to the beach, next to the inflatable island and near stores i case you need any last minute things.

Location and view of Subic Bay was good, Parking easy. Met a very nice couple, he was American living in Japan for the last 37 years.

Very, Very expensive for the quality of accommodation. No table in our room as you are not allowed to bring in anything to eat from outside. No kettle, no coffee, cups, glasses or tissues. Felt like a criminal sneaking in a Dunkin Donut to have with my morning Coffee purchased from the bar. Broken Toilet seat in the bathroom.
