staff was great. Angel particularly was helpful. Nice location and the room was modern.

More attention needs to be given to cleaning. I spilled water on the floor and the towel I cleaned it with turned black from the dirty floor. Guest towels have holes.

nothing, very bad experience, we came for leisure and fun but it didn’t turn out the way we want it, staffs are not approachable. not family friendly place to stay.

THe british cafe next door was great for breakfast

It is well located if you want walking distance to bars and nightlife but also the beach for a day on the sand and water. Staff are friendly and attentive, facilities are kept clean and presentable.

The water pressure meant that at times while showering there was no water. Not sure whether it’s because other people were showering at the same time but the thought crossed my mind to ask for maintenance to fix it so it would operate as one would reasonably expect. Other guest staying with me reported the same issue.

Great modern rooms. Clean & well presented. 24hr bar & pool, chill out terrace. Beach entrance. Excellent food supplied by the BBC next door (British Breakfast Cafe) Free parking & walking distance to the beaches & bars. Recommend it

Brand new, small beachfront hotel with a nice pool. Outside bar open 24/7 & good food supplied by Underground bar next door. Bar & club at the front of the premises with a pool table. Great location & stay.

My stay at out back hotel was exceptional, loved every minute of my stay and highly recommend out back, staff managers and owner are very very helpful and friendly, hotel and facilities are top class I give out back 10+/10 and recommend hotel highly.

This Hotel is rated as 3.5 star should only be 1.5 star. We booked a Superior Beach Front Room, room was very small and had no table or any where to place luggage, fridge not plugged in. No bottled water was supplied so we asked if the Hotel supplied bottled water the answer was no the we asked if they drinking water available they said yes it was available from the Bar but they did not have a container to bring water back to the room. Then we asked for a hand towel and we were supplied a bath floor towel, we told them they gave us a floor towel in lieu of hand towel the Hotel stated they did not have hand towels so they provided another bath towel. The Hotel also states that it has Free Parking. On Valentine’s Day we went out for Dinner as we went to leave a car was blocked in by another vehicle which they organized to move. earlier that the Hotel had set up a large table for thier dinner guests/visitors. When we arrived back after dinner the car parking area was full so we asked them to move vehicles which they said they would do, so we parked on the street and waited for 15 minutes but no vehicles were moved. We complained to the Manager (Patrick) about the parking and Patrick stated the parking was available on a first come first serve basis. All the parking had been used by the Hotels dinner guests/visitors, Management did not care that we were paying guests, approximately 1 hour later we were asked to more our car so there dinner guests/visitors could leave.
