Location, clean, helpful staff, the little pool was a bonus. Breakfast was lovely but limited choice

Unfortunately there was a lack of hot water in the bathrooms, not enough water for our group to drink. When we booked we thought we were getting. 2 separate living rooms and 2 kitchens… so the description can be a little misleading. That said it was lovely

"Great place to stay, close to the city centre."

Everything. All the staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was great.

Our room was at the front of the building, so traffic noise early in the morning was a bit of a problem - especially the bin lorry!
