Der Fernseher hat leider kein streaming unterstützt und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht überragend

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen und einem herrlichen Blick über Linz. Der Empfang war herzlich, Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben und auch das Frühstück fällt reichhaltig aus. Es gibt eine parkähnliche Grünanlage mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir können dieses Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

super Preis-Leistung, extrem liebes Personal und angenehmes Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Wir werden wiederkommen :)

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber dafür hat man einen schönen Ausblick :)

It is my first time when the hotel and booking.com provided such a very poor service. I got the confirmation of booking 2 rooms in this hotel and made an on-line check-in because the reception worked only till 17.00. I informed the hotel that we would come late in the night. I got the instructions from the hotel how to get the room cards and how to activate it. We arrived in the hotel at 2.30 am at night and could not activate our room keys at the self-check-in desk during 1 hour. There was always a notification "INVALID ID", although we put the correct ID no sent by the hotel. The worst thing was that there was no staff and no any help from the hotel. Booking.com support was also unhelpful. At the end we got a message that we should wait until we get the instructions from the hotel how to fix this issue in 45 minutes. Later on I got a letter that the hotel simply cancelled my booking (?!) and we had urgently to search for a new hotel in the night. No excuses from the hotel ot booking,com Resume: I do not recommend this hotel for those who check-in after 17.00 and lack of service.
