"Fraca"

O local e lindo e bem limpo, os funcionários são muito prestativos. Com relação ao quarto que me colocaram estava muito distante da recepção e por outro lado o interfone nao funcionava e tive que descer varias vezes varias escadas para pedir alguma coisa(televisão nao funcionava e pedido de travesseiros e cobertores),isso me cansava muito. Fizeram a troca de televisao mas fiquei sem o controle remoto. Acredito que a culpaseja mais da Administração do hotel.

"Razoável "

Em termos de conforto o hotel é fraco, mobiliários antigos, tv antiga, tudo bem antigo e sem manutenção adequada. Wi fi não pega nos quartos, somente na recepção, café da tarde tem mais pão que outra coisa. As sobremesas acabavam e não tinha reposição. Mas a festa junina estava muito boa, boa mesmo!

Acho que já foi melhor. Na primeira noite não atendiam o interfone na recepção. Por ter ficado um tempo fechado durante a pandemia acho que o hotel deveria estar mais limpo. A festa junina/acostuma foi ótima
