The staff at VH are outstanding. Everyone was sharp and kind and friendly. Special kudos to Brandon, whose help at mealtimes was much appreciated. The meals (breakfasts & dinners) were well prepared and flavorful. Props to the chef for her use of local products and making available gluten free bread (which pretty much rocked). The grounds are lovely and the environment is peaceful. Our little space, Coconut, was perfect for a couple, and we both really enjoy the mostly-outdoor shower and the natural serenades each day.

I personally don't need music to accompany a meal. In the outdoor dining space at VH you hear nature and also falling water from a nearby series of little waterfalls, so music on top of all of that is perhaps not needed. Such a tiny quibble....

Everything about my stay was phenomenal. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and clean and comfortable with great ac. The food was extraordinary.

Everything. Beautiful resort in a perfect location surrounded by nature with amazing food, a great wine selection, delicious cocktails, very friendly staff and very attentive, caring, friendly hosts.

Sehr schön gestaltete Anlage mit wenigen Häusern mitten im Dschungel. Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr guter Küche und hervorragendem Frühstück. Schönstes Ressort in San Ignazio!

Très bon niveau de prestation, table et cave agréable

Lodge éloigné et pas de personnel qui aide à amener les bagages (+sol en gravillon donc peu pratique)

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce petit paradis forestier, un chalet dans les arbres, une piscine exquise, l’environnement sublime à proximité de San ignacio ( 10 minutes en voiture ) la propriétaire et le personnel sont vraiment charmants et de très bons conseils. Je recommande

Nous sommes dans la nature, la nuit il y a des grenouilles qui coassent mais bon l’hôtel fournit des bouchons du coup rien de grave…

Superbe hôtel avec de très belles chambres. Située en plein cœur de la forêt tropicale, expérience très agréable. Le logement est à une dizaine de minutes en voiture de San Ignacio. Vous pouvez réserver directement auprès de l’hôtel les excursions à ATM (excellente expérience) et Mountain Pine Ridge (entre autres) et ce n’est pas plus cher. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon et le pain n’a rien à envier au pain français. Le personnel de l’hôtel est à l’écoute et agréable. Merci à vous pour ce beau séjour.

Rien. Les chambres sont peu lumineuses mais c’est normal en pleine jungle.

Restaurant trop cher et quasi obligatoire si pas de véhicule car resort un peu éloigné de la ville.
