"Beautifully renovated, well located and very comfortable."

Excellent location in the old town. Comfortable unit with high ceilings, plenty of light, well functioning AC, tastefully renovated with everything you need during a short stay in Cádiz. Building offers laundry facilities, new elevator and is exceptionally well maintained. Great guest experience.

"Fabulous find and excellent stay"

The location is excellent, easy to find and we received a wonderful welcome. The building was quiet, clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fridge is huge and the dishwasher was useful. The showers were excellent. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The beds are huge! Wonderful! The rooftop terrace is lovely. The entry code system is very useful...no keys or cards to lose! We'd have no hesitation in revisiting. We loved beautiful Cadiz.

The TV was a bit strange...despite our best efforts we could only get German channels. The button on the toaster was broken and 2 sets of curtains weren't quite hung properly. We did report about the curtains and toaster button. There aren't enough coat hangers. All minor issues. We visited as 2 couples: one couple found the bed too hard but we thought ours was fine.

"Posizione strategica"

La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro. Vicino a piazzette e vie turistiche. Bello il palazzo, bello l'appartamento e pulito. La receptionist molto gentile chiara e disponibile. Bellissima la terrazza all'ultimo piano.

"Cadiz was incredible but this accomdation was disappointing based on it’s description"

Location and spacious

The apartment did not live up to the description of luxury penthouse apartment. It was tired and could have been much cleaner. Balcony was dirty, sun beds covered in bird poo. The apartment lacked character. View was awful
