Comfort Suites Greenville Airport

We enjoyed the location.

The room we stayed in at first did not have hot water.

It was absolutely beautiful. My elderly mother was impressed.

One thing would be helpful is if you installed grab bars in the tub/shower.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful

My “golf course” view was a top golf who’s light shined right inside my room if I didn’t keep the curtains closed at night.

The girl that greeted us was exceptional, I unfortunately do not remember her name

The breakfast could’ve been a tad better, the eating area would be nice to be slightly less crowded to where you’re not sitting right on top of people

The only disappointment was the washing machines were out of order

My recent stay at the Comfort Suites Greenville Airport was truly exceptional. The entire property feels fresh and inviting — the moment you walk in, you notice how clean everything smells and how new the space feels. The elevator is roomy, the hallways are wide and well lit, and the rooms are absolutely fantastic. It’s clear this hotel takes pride in its upkeep. But the best part of my stay, without question, was my check‑in experience. I’ve been traveling for 25 years, and Marie was one of the most pleasant, vibrant young professionals I’ve ever encountered at a front desk. She set the tone for the entire stay — warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Her energy alone made me feel compelled to write this review. If you’re visiting Greenville and want an economical, comfortable, and well‑maintained place to stay, this hotel is a must. Its location on Pelham Road puts you close to all the great restaurants and conveniences, making it an easy choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended.
