Hotel Blumental

They offered breakfast on the top of Schilthorn which was wonderful. Very cute appearance and great location- close to gondola station.

The beds were very firm for our liking and the shower was very awkward as the shower head came out of the side and sprayed onto the floor. The bathroom was small and had no room for a toiletry bag.

To beginning, we were at the hotel in early May. When booking, no one warned us that the winter season was over (and summer season has not started yet) in the whole of Mürren and everything would be closed. Most hotels and restaurants were closed. This was a very unpleasant news. The hotel had no reception or any staff, it was completely open to anyone. I picked up my room card at the counter in an envelope with my name on it. Breakfast was at another hotel about 200 m away, which was not unbeatable, but I expected a hotel breakfast. At this point, the photos and information published in booking.com did not match at all. I fundamentally blame the hotel management for this and criticize them for not providing information fairly. The hotel is a traditional wooden small building, not enough space for everything, standard stench. The room is sufficient for someone who just wants to sleep. No amenities, tiny bathroom. I did not expect much, but the hotel's approach disappointed me quite a bit.

Gute Lage direkt im Ortszentrum auch praktisch der Hinterausgang. W-LAN ist perfekt.Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und das Zimmer war gut.

Der Fußboden in meinen Zimmer war an 2 Stellen leicht beschädigt das war etwas Störend weil eine Stelle davon direkt im Gehbereich lag.

Great central location, close to the Allmendhubel, retail shops and mini supermarket. Staff were wonderful, helping with everything we needed. Good breakfast with attentive service.
