Hotel Blumental

WiFi was included, as was a lovely daily breakfast. Our server recognized us on day 2 and remembered our hot morning beverage orders, not a requirement, but it was very nice and the service was great all around.

The kids’ bed, a pull out sofa, was pretty hard. Though they didn’t seem to notice. And from the photos, I thought we would have a balcony, but I don’t think the family room option has any balconies, more of a Booking.com error than the hotel’s.

Great location. Nice staff. Murren is a beautiful little town in the Swiss Alps. Just a little walk from the train station and many great hikes. Took the funicular up to the Flower Trail on my first day and the views were outstanding!

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, tolle Aussicht auf die 4000er. Superber rustikaler Stil, mit modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Restaurant bietet tolle Menüs und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse.

Nobody cared about cleaning the room for three days. Ran out of toilet paper. Breakfast rather poor. Way to expensive for a rather basic hotel

Very friendly and polite staff, room (chalet apartment) was very clean and exceptionally easy to access. All the facilties were well kept and modern, and I enjoyed my time here a great deal.

The plug socket I used above the bed needed fixing in place but it still worked and was not dangerous - purely visual and a minor complaint.
