这个酒店相当细心，最让人感动的是，我们只是因为把横滨当作中转站，没想到，他超出了预期。首先，前台非常专业，在入住当日就帮我们查询并办理了行李托运，免除了我们的后顾之忧。其次，在前台公共区域，提供相当细致的自住房间用品提供，有化妆水、洗面奶、浴盐等等，让我们在到达日本的第一天，就在温暖干净的浴室泡上了浴盐浴，开启了本次日本美好的旅行序曲。另外，房间非常干净整洁，酒店的位子也是相当的好，就在地铁边上，酒店下面就是超市和餐厅，酒店离很多中心景点步行距离，很惊喜的一个酒店。
