I arrived at 6 am with so much cold and wind in that city, they let me put my backpack in the locker and told me to leave and return until 1 pm to check in, they didnt allow me at the common area, so O was at the cold streets waiting, I returned at 1 pm, now they told me no, return at 3 pm, but you can wait at the common are? so why now? and not when it was 6 am? their rules are so stupid, plues the noice all noght long from rude people comong from parties are awful they didnt told them to be quiet
