Only stayed one night.

I spilt a bit of water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel from the bathroom, it was gross, had I known before sleeping I would not have been able to sleep, and wouldn't have stayed, you get what you pay for

I had to mop the floors myself with a spare towel and soap, that’s how unclean the floors were. A fuse blew … just from having the lights on. Holes in the blankets.

The staff is super friendly and check in was simple. A great little resort style stay.

Older property some people living in units but overall it was kept very clean unit was nicer then I expected for the area

My family and I have been going to Caswell‘s for over 45 years. However, I’m afraid this will be our last trip. The property has gone down hill so much that is at the point of neglect. Many of the cabins are being lived in by Sunridge residence, and so we didn’t know if we were going to be feeling like this was a holiday or being in somebody’s backyard. The cabin that we stayed in was clean enough, but considering there are a few hotel options in this area an investment and care in the property and it’s legacy would have made everything better.

Showers are small, bathroom door could not open all the way, musty smell do not recommend

Beds were comfy, town had lots of places to eat. Needs work

Vary out dated shower floor was broken and soft had to watch where to step, bed was terrible

Mold in the shower Shower is falling apart Toilet is in a terrible location cannot open the door completely Deck is in bad shape Room was full of flies
