Neu renoviertes Hotelzimmer, jeglicher Kontakt nur digital, so lange nichts fehlt, ist es okay, aber ....

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße inkl. Straßenbahn, es war Tag und Nacht ziemlich laut im Zimmer. Der Rauchmelder war deinstalliert und lag in der kleinen Schreibtischschublade - ist das nicht eigentlich verboten? Das Badezimmer war eiskalt, da es keine richtige Heizung hat, nur einen defekten elektrische Heizlüfter. Da keinerlei Personal vor Ort ist, reklamierte ich schriftlich, man bedankte sich zwar dafür, aber repariert wurde in den 4 Tagen meines Aufenthalt nichts. Ich musste also immer in einem eiskalten Badezimmer duschen.

Alles hat problemlos geklappt, obwohl niemand vor Ort ist. Telefon/whatsapp super freundlich und schnell. Da ich kein Frühstück brauche perfekt für mich und in meinem Fall 30% preiswerter als Hotels.
