Heaven Beach Otel

Otel temiz, çalışanlar kibar, kahvaltısı çoğu otelden çok daha iyi ve kaliteli, açık büfe yerine masaya güzel sunumla getirmeleri de benim için iyi bir özellik, plaj hemen otelin önünde ve sabahları diğer oteller gibi yoğun olmuyor. Otoparkta gündüz kalabalıktan dolayı boş yer zor bulunuyor ama şansa hep boş denk geldi bize. Tek dezavantajı merkeze uzak olması onun dışında herşey çok iyiydi.

The only positive thing to say about this hotel is the view and that’s where it ends. It was filthy, unhygienic and we walked out of the breakfast room as there were no covid measures in place, cutlery was dirty and the whole place was disgusting. The reception was non existing and I called several times to complain that there was no hot water but no one is there. We had no hot water for 2 days. The room is in total disrepair and the tv was broken off the wall and just placed on a bedside cabinet. The bathroom drains were blocked and smelled awful. There is no lift and the stairs are dangerous especially from ground to first floor and third to fourth floor. I would never recommend this hotel and it’s an unsafe place to be. In fact it should be closed down permanently or a huge investment made to get it even to a one star standard.

Me and my wife enjoyed 2 nights in Heaven Hotel. Good points: staff was very very kind, the mattress was very good, and room was very clean. Bad points: room hadnt enough light, and the bathroom had a little problem with water in the floor (we dont know where the water come from). But definitely a wonderful place to stay, amazing views of the Bay!

For the price I would definitely stay here again. We had 4th floor seaview for $28USD. Can't beat that. The only cons were we ordered a double bed and got 2 singles... We pushed them together. The beds are incredibly firm. And the EDM music makes it more of a club vibe than a relaxing getaway. Otherwise the owner is super nice, breakfast was good and included, and the views were really nice.

Great view is the reason to stay in the hotel. It has all tge necessities, private beach, very good breakfast and pleasant staff. We recommend this hotel!

The hotel was good, clean and the room had a good sized balcony with views of the sea and all the Marmaris promenade. I opted for the room not to be cleaned during our stay because of the pandemic. I was happy with this option. On the other hand, staff at the hotel- cleaning lady- and restaurant guys, did not comply with covid measures, thing which weighted a lot in my score. We went to the restaurant only once during the stay and was terrible. They had calamari on the menu and i asked how is the dish cooked if it eas on the grill, and the waiter said "you don't know calamari?" Not to mention he was not wearing a mask and came very close! I ordered shepherd's salad aka coban salata- which everyone knows it is made with tomatoes and cucumbers and he brought something terrible with apples and olives and some rotten orange which i did not eat. Probably thy did not charge it, i do not know exactly, we just paid the total to be left in peace because again they did not wear masks. Totally uncomfortable. Also, on the upper deck the tables aren't distanced.Such a pity because the place is really nice. Breakfast was good, but again staff not wearing masks- total lack of respect to customers, since we were on the road for 2 days and not make us feel safe. We did not stay on the beach, it was overcrowded with loungers, but luckily we found beaches to satisfy our wishes and also restaurants were we felt safe spending our money. Overall, the hotel is good but not in these times.

The hotel has a great location, unfortunately, both the internet and the TV didn't work in my room, which I'm told was one of their best rooms. The beachfront is amazing, great music and the service is good. I've extended my stay, management says the internet will be sorted out, I live in hope.
