El lugar encantador, la anfitriona Ana María muy atenta, respondiendo a todas nuestras necesidades siempre con una sonrisa, a pedido nuestro la ultima noche Jorge el Chef nos preparo una cena exquisita! El desayuno muy bien servido, abundante, en un lugar muy cálido, con buenas vistas y una estufa a leña encendida, el personal muy atento.

"Rural idyl in Chile’s Lake District"

Wonderful rural location amongst trees alongside the lake, several well furnished units around central dining room in beautiful tree filled grounds. Very helpful pleasant staff. Delicious breakfast with home made jam from cook’s garden. Very handy for hiking / touring the area.

All night thumping music from a wedding in main building.

" Apenas para uma noite"

Chegamos antes do horário de check in pois vi que o hotel tinha restaurante, porém não estava funcionando e não havia ninguém na recepção do hotel, saímos fomos abastecer e almoçar em local próximo. O Hotel é bem localizado, próximo a Lagoa de todos os Santos, Petrohue, Laguna Verde, vulcão Osorno, em frente ao lago e é possível ver o vulcão. Acordamos mais cedo do que o esperado pois de frente/acima da cama há tipo uma clarabóia que deixou o quarto muito claro, não havia cortina nela, e isso incomodou. Tivemos que pedir papel higiênico p o banheiro e toalhas pois não tinha no quarto qdo chegamos. Café da manhã em local aconchegante e com lareira acesa já que estava frio. Nos ofereceram serviço de sauna e tina quente ( custo adicional)
