La ubicacion y la limpieza muy buena

Cuando llegamos nos dejaron sin habitacion nos queria hacer un refund pq la habitacion que teniamos reservada la dieron y no habia cabida para nosotros, tambien habia limitacion de parking

Wish I had good things to say but I don't.

My credit card was charged for my stay before I even got to the hotel the day before, when i specifically asked to pay at property. This was a big inconvience for me! . Then we get to the hotel and the girl at the desk has no customer service skills, i had to tell her to have a nice day. Then I get to the room and look at my account and notice I have an extra $100 charge pending out of my account. When I called the desk she tried to explain by telling me that booking.com should have made me aware of the hold for incidentals. I told her NO you should have made me aware when you were checking me in! This hold was another inconvenience for me because now I had limits on how much I had left to spend during my stay. THIS WAS MY ANNIVERSARY TRIP! I use booking.com for all of my trips and have never had a hold put on my account! Next i go to use the microwave and the glass rotating plate is not the plate that was designed for the microwave so only half of the food is getting hot in a already too small microwave. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the lobby but the furniture and appliances are outdated in the rooms. (Misleading) However they did a nice job with the bathrooms. At the end of my stay I turned in my keys and had the same lady with no customer service skills. I asked for a receipt of my stay so I could make sure I had documentation of the $100 hold on my account and was told booking.com would send me a receipt they dont give the receipt and that my money should go back on my card once she checks me out. As of me writing this review my money is still not back in my account. I could address some other issues but I'm done. This was really not a good experience at all for me and I have never had any issues in the past with booking thru you guys so this was disappointing, especially because of what the trip was for

Very clean rooms and the breakfast was great, many different things to choose from including hot foods.

Staff is a bit rude not very welcoming. There aren’t any sheets or blankets/pillows for the pullout bed in the couch. We were given a faulty key card and when we brought it up to the desk the front desk staff accused us of breaking the card but we didn’t break it, the card just simply didn’t work, we didn’t appreciate being accused of something we didn’t do or had no control over.
