The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Providing beach towels and a complimentary snacks / drinks bar in the room was a nice touch..

"New , elegant and expensive 4 Star hotel in a good location of San Sebastian"

Good beds. nice bathrooms. Nice building restoration. Location is close to the beach , shops and restaurants. Nice sauna and sports facility . Good wifi.

The standard room is too small for the price. No changes offered nor possible unfortunately. There is no quiet lounge area at reception big enough for the amount of guests. The sofas are way too low there . The standard room has a window but no outside view at all. There is no art on the walls in the room. A pity for a hotel with these ambitions . Reception staff could be more professional and more helpful. There was no breakfast not even a coffee possibility at 7.30 am in the hotel before departure . This is not acceptable for such a hotel . Breakfast and restaurant organization was quite messy.
