Days Inn by Wyndham Batesville AR

The area was quiet. Seemed to safe. The carpet smelled a little but everything was clean.

I was very uncomfortable because the bolt or chain on the door did not work. The door had another lock but it did not make me feel comfortable. It wasn’t the cleanest, there was a very limited breakfast so I chose to go somewhere else. I really liked the view of the mountains.

Very clean room.

The property had a killer view but the rooms smell of cigarette smoke.

Staff is very kind and quick to address any issues. They have an outside pool open to the guests as well as a breakfast. It is an older hotel but it has been renovated and the rooms are really nice and clean.

Was a good place to stay.

I am sorry to say this stay was less than ideal. The room smelled of old smoke every time the door was opened. There are small holes in the bathroom door on both sides as if something was missing. The brick wall looked as if it should be an external siding. The rough texture diminished the already lack of coziness. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom upon arrival. The room had only hooks to hang our garments instead of a closet. On the last morning, I noticed bugs in the sink. Requests for additional towels were delayed by more than 30 minutes. On our last morning, I went to the office to get coffee and request towels. Again after 30 minutes of waiting I had to call the front desk again. After requesting them the second time, the person I originally asked brought them down. On our first morning housekeeping knocked on our door once around 9 am and when no one answered immediately they opened the door to let themselves in. I was rather disappointed in this stay. I had chosen Days Inn over the Super 8 motel because I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location nor will I recommend this establishment to family and friends unless it's an emergency.

The location could be beautiful if updated and maintenance was done. The desk staff was very friendly and prompt.

The price was good. The TV didn’t work so told staff and nothing changed. The top sheet had ink marks on it. Best part was the view of the city.

Nice for the price staff was super friendly room was clean older property for the price it was perfect we stayed 4 nights didn’t try the breakfast but there are two great restaurants within walking distance! Great view of Batesville from this property. If you stay bring extra pillows
