"Ein 4 Sterne Zimmer nicht garantiert …"

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer sauber. Der Ventilator half etwas die heissen Nächte zu überstehen.

Der Empfang wirkte unterkühlt und eher desinteressiert. Das Zimmer hatte 4 Bügel und keine Ablageflächen. Es war im den unteren Etagen in den Hinterhof gelegen, welcher bis spät in die Nacht und bereits frühmorgens durch Küchengeklimmper, Geschwätz und Abfallentsorgung den Schlaf immer wieder unterbricht.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. I showed up much earlier that suggested for check in and not only did the allow me to check in the even upgraded my room!

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like.
