It was very nice and clean.

We were upset. When we check-in, the hotel receptionist told us that he gave us discount and cheaper price. But I told him that’s my credit card already been charge more larger amount, so I asked him to do the refund for the discount he gave us. Then he said that Expedia (he mention Expedia, not Hotel.com) that have to refund the money, not him. And next time, he said, I have to book directly to this hotel if I want to get cheaper price. After that, my 2 friends complaint and asked me to contact Hotel.com to refund their money. What should I do now? Could you refund the discount price of the money?

Very pleasant owners. Very accommodating. very clean rooms.

Our room was updated which was great, however still smelt badly of old stale smoke. I’m sensitive to smells so unfortunately we only ended up staying 1 of 2 nights.

The owners are very lovely! Friendly and I observed them speaking to someone before me and they were again very kind and lovely ! They want to help make your stay the best and more than once told “if there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask” I was there for 3 nights , beds lovely , rooms clean… only a bit of musty smell , but the hotel is not brand new… but has been updated! I am very pleased and will definitely return
