Location, breakfast, established garden, quiet & private, lovely old house.

Lovely hosts, very clean rooms and a beautiful location and house. We enjoyed our stay very much. And felt very welcome.

Notre hôtesse était très attentive lors de nos conversation. Pas invasive mais très attentionnée. Son mari a planté toutes les plantes autour du manoir. Très beau jardin, je recommande vivement si vous aimez l'authenticité 🥰

This was an experience, rather than a stay in a motel/hotel. The rambling gardens were a delight and the accommodation and hospitality made us feel we were in a large family home. Breakfast was delicious and made more special by Anne the host joining us each morning. The birdsong at dusk was unforgettable. We have told all our friends about our stay. It is most unusual to find accommodation that becomes a highlight of a visit.

Our only regret is that we were not there during the spring to see the garden at its most spectacular. Maybe next year.

We really loved our stay. Feeding the alpacas were a highlight especially the new baby, such characters! We loved exploring the beautiful grounds with the autumn colours. The hosts were lovely and breakfast was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!
