The apartment it’s self was modern and clean and spacious as well

That the are rules at the place that are not advised via booking.com such as music and loudness

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The facilities within the room and location where very nearly maihtained. The location was most suitable for my stay

A heater or extra Blanket in the room would have been appreciated considering the cold weather experienced. . No refuse bin available within room

Liked the facilities and how safe it felt

We got there late around 16:30 when check in starts at 14:00 but the staff were still cleaning our apartment and we had wait for them to finish. The bedding was not fresh at all. It smelled awful and the bed itself was even worse(both the double beds). It was very uncomfortable and unstable. Asked a lady at the reception for clean bedding and towels when we were going out and when we came back late nothing was changed and the cleaning staff had already knocked off. Also the kitchen lacked so many things, from pots to cooking utensils. Very disappointing

No normal TV. You have to log in with your details. I just wanted to watch anything on normal channels that are usually free.

Safety and the guy at the front was very welcoming

The sheets and towels were not changed during our stay until we complained, and only then was the issue addressed. On the day we arrived, we had to wait for our apartment to be cleaned. The couch was still wet, so we couldn’t even sit down. It appears the property may be understaffed. On one occasion, we were out the entire day and returned around 18:00, only to find that cleaning had just started. Lastly, the way the bed was made was quite disappointing.
