Unprofessional regarding checking in as they didn’t have my room number or details available. Had to wait 15-20mins to head into a room. No WiFi password was given. Not too happy with facilities

The apartment booked was very beautiful and also breakfast was good

Staff attitude: very poor interpersonal skills, they appear very cold , no greeting or smile, and we had to figure most things on our own. Thabiso,however made the stay feel better. Only the beds confirmed that housekeeping had visited. No soap rack in the shower, and also no bin in the bathroom for sanitary products

It was kept clean. There was change of linen regularly.

The lady from the restaurant had a nasty attitude. Straight up rude. We weren't told about the WiFi password-I eventually figured it out last minute. The beds-not so comfortable The charging sockets not easily reachable because they are behind the headboard.
