"Apart from the traffic noise this really is a stunning property, it’s well maintained and has all the comforts you could"

The gardens and surrounds are spectacular, the rooms well equipped, clean and spacious. The restaurant meals were great.

The down side is that the property is very close to the main SADC highway, so the road noise is a massive problem and constant. If you are a light sleeper it’s unlikely you will sleep even if you occupy a room away from the road. The airport is quite far so allow extra travel time.

"Perfect stop over for road trips through Lusaka. Good price for bed and breakfast. Great pool!"

Excellent breakfast & service. Lovely pool, dining & bar area. Chalets very spacious. Great to have full package dstv. Aircon worked well. Breakfast waitress very friendly and helpful.

Receptionist apathetic & did not explain facilities & services available. The chalet we booked had a wet bed and the receptionist was reluctant to change our family to a suitable chalet!
