Buena ubicación. Hace falta mejorar las condiciones del baño, ya que la regadera no funciona bien, solamente salpica, y se tiraba el agua en la caja del WC

Nos gustó mucho la propiedad y la vista. Sería bueno si tuvieran clima en el area de sala y comedor. El personal fue muy amable y atento.

super accesible pero le falta algo de estacionamiento y lo mas importante, el cuarto solo tenia un ventilador, muy caluroso

Habitación extremadamente oscura, ventilador no funciona, se fue la luz por mas de 15 hrs sin tener un Olán en el hotel, no hubo agua por aproximadamente 5 hrs y no nos daban solución, por la noche que no había nada abierto pedimos agua en recepción y a pesar de tener garrafón nos la negaron, la mucama se molestó por que entregamos la toalla mojada cuando entregamos la habitación. El personal de recepción no sabe cómo dar soluciones a ningún problema del hotel

No me gusto muy mala la señal del internet

Perfect location

Lugar agradable y tranquilo. Buena atención.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful but the condition of the room was not as expected. No hot water in the shower, blown light bulb in the bathroom, toilet leaked every time we flushed it causing it to stink like sewage and cauing my feet to get wet with gross water. Doors to the balcony didn't shut properly due to doors being on uneven hinges. The balcony was not clean at all. The one good thing was the view.

On arrival I was checked into a windowless room with a noisy A/C unit outside the door. The staff is friendly and I was moved to a courtyard room the next day. The rooms with a sea view are very noisy with two big night clubs on the beach just opposite the hotel.
