Esta todo de manera decente, pero hay muchos aspectos donde se podría mejorar como la atención a cliente, evitar gestos y la presión de agua

The hotel was ok but on arrival we paid 200 pesos more than it was listed on booking because of service charges. Afterwards I noticed it was mentioned in the email after making reservations however I believe such misleading should not happen. If I knew the final price from beginning I could choose cheaper or nicer place.

Ideal si buscas dónde dormir. La ubicación es buena. Las amenidades muy básicas, la tv muy pequeña y las habitaciones poco se parecen a las imágenes. El personal atento y agradable .

Location - right on the main square close to taxi station. No noice in the room. Was nice to have fresh breakfast on site. People who work on reception and breakfast are nice and professional.

The room was really poor, worse than on photo. Dark, no window, very hot, overused and so on… I could continue but just keep in mind that it is a really low-cost option. They show the price 1000+ mxn and a 50% discount. So you might think it’s mid-range hotel. But the truth is that prices on booking are doubled. We paid 560 “with 57% discount”, but on reception you see official prices and it’s a regular price (580 mxn for 2 persons). Actually even this is too much for what you get, in my opinion, but it’s all about location.
