"Lovely room, location and staff"

They upgraded me from the windowless room to the apartment! Free of charge! Location was perfect, everything is extremely accessible. Staff was very nice

Personal på dagen i receptionen var trevliga. Natt personalen rätt otrevlig. Badrum /duschen, vatten ran inte ned och bara ut på badrums golvet. Lakan var lite smutsiga- verkade som en penn stänk! På morgonen gick jag ut ur rummet för att ta mitt bagage till bilen. När jag kom tillbaka på rummet hade städ personen byt lakan!!! och slängt ut med glas vin som var fullt med vin - hade beställt på natten när jag kom tillbaka , Jag hade inte ens checka ut.!! och städ personalen kom inte med utan min tillstånd. <vinglaset var full så jag skulle uppskatta kompensation för det glaset då städ personalen slängde ut den. Sedan - fixa badrummet, så vattnet rinner ut och inte inne i badrummet.!!! har bild på lakanet om nu vill se smutset på den. Tack!

Fattar inte hur städ personalen kommer in i rummet med utan jag har checkat ut. Dessutom talade inte svenska eller engelska
