Great location for walking into town.

You need a car to get to the ski lifts which was not a problem for us as we had one.

View, proximity to town.

A very suitable option for bigger group of people or family with kids. Nice and rustical interior. Very well equipped kitchen (just add bigger cutting board).

The lights, especially in the kitchen area, might be brighter.

Good location short walk to downtown, parking at property.

Second bathroom small if you had a larger group

Privacy, comfort, location!

The location was great. Not in the center of Cortina so the apartment was more quiet, but just 5-10 minutes walking across a small river and you are on the Main Street.

There was no hand soap, and the corners of every room need to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

fairly high rate in high season - location is a bit uphill so make sure your tiers are good and can deal with the snow

The chalet was spacious, with a large living room and beautiful views from the balcony. The chalet was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The showers had good water pressure. It was a 10 minute walk to the ski-rental place, Snow Service 1, and even closer to central Cortina. Would highly recommend staying here.

Small things, the master bedroom's window shutters would not stay open unfortunately. The bathroom sliding doors were a little difficult to lock.
