Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, l’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent, à côté de toutes les commodités et à deux pas dans l’escalier qui mène à la mer.

Difficile à dire, tout était très bien

Appartamento davvero molto bello con vista sul mare, dai finestroni del soggiorno e di una delle due camere da letto. Molto funzionale, ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista, tavolo e divano. Due camere con letto matrimoniale, un bagno, un terrazzo due da sul retro. 5’ a piedi (in discesa) per la spiaggia, 10’ per il paese di Tellaro. Per andare a Lerici sono 10’ in auto.

Amazing location, great staff and support. We got fast responses always to questions about dining and activities. There’s a wide range of options and prices for food and even beach’s so it was really good to have some more information.

stunnig view of the beatyful golfo di poeti! Nice terrace! Near to the beach and nice restaurants. 2 adults and 2 childs perfekt!

The location and surrounding area is very nice. 10 min to the lovely village center, 5 min to the beach. Close to Cinque Terre. The coast road is a dead end ending after the town so not much traffic. Apartment itself is ok, but pictures are overselling the place.

All in all, this was one of the most disappointing booking.com experiences ever, although the apartment itself was nice. The property management was the main reason for this frustrating experience. In a nutshell: - Apartment was dirty when we arrived. Additional cleaner was sent the following day, but she only did a half an hour quick clean that did not help much. - We stayed for 3,5 weeks. During this entire time, (i) there was no interim cleaning (also no useful cleaning supplies in the apartment), (ii) no change of towels and (ii) no change of bed sheets. Also there was only one set of bed sheets provided (this is a two bedroom apartment). The manager said after a week that they would do sheet/towel changes upon request, but we waited another 2,5 weeks for them and never received any. We ended up buying a basic cleaning set and new bed sheets ourselves. - The kitchen equipment was below average standard. Knives did not cut, water heater burnt, cheap ikea stuff. Not what you expect at this price range. Summarized, sub-par holiday experience for a premium price. We had better experiences for less than half the daily rate. Any average AirBnB has better quality/service. Reason seems to be property mismanagement. Probably fine if you only plan to stay for a weekend, but would not recommend for long term. P.S.: There is a reason there are no pictures of the bathroom. It's tiny, old (think 80's style) and also a bit gross due to fungus in the tile joints.
