Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Two Rivers

It is a newer property. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property was at a good location close enough to walk over to Starbucks for coffee or across the street to eat. There are many places close by for local coffee shops, adult beverages or places to eat.

During our stay, multiple items in the breakfast area were out of inventory, including butter, peanut butter, and coffee flavoring syrups. This was brought to the staffs' attention with no effort to address any missing item nor explanation. We requested to have our room cleaned on Saturday and were told they may or may not get to it by the lady with colored hair at the front desk. Another employee, male, was more helpful and just got us the clean bed sheets we wanted done and we changed them ourselves.

I’ve stayed here before. For the most part, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. No complaints at all about the service or quality. We are very happy with it and will stay here again and recommend it to others. That being said, it seems this particular location is having some growing pains. The first time we stayed here over a year ago, the bar & patio weren’t open to guests. This time, the bar wasn’t restocked with mixers for cocktails, but more importantly, they seemed a bit understaffed. We felt bad for the person on evening shift - they had a lot of challenges that weren’t their fault.

The staff was amazing. We held a small women's conference there and when we had technical problems with the projector, the staff stepped in and helped us figure it out. The room was clean. The breakfast was great!!!

Everything was constantly out but they were super slow, only a few other guests there our whole stay. Coffee, Half & Half, shower soaps, syrup for breakfast -which had just opened and things were already out, like they didn’t check anything, had to constantly ask for things that should be full, especially since they weren’t busy at all. Also saw behind the counter a hand maid / room cleaner gal folding bed sheets but kept letting them hit the ground, dragging on the floor while folding; never saw that before but perhaps normal in hotels? Except for Kira, staff seemed very lazy! And check in is 3pm, and we were there about 2:15, asked if we could check in a bit early, but purple-haired gal said no, didn’t even try, yet they were all just hanging around in the back chitchatting it up. Ok if we can’t check in a bit early, but again, there was literally no one else there, no cars in the parking lot, etc. Not a deal-breaker but annoying at the least.

Would have liked room cleaned and towels removed daily.

Room very nice asst. Pillows good idea. Looks very well kept. A couple issues, the printer was out of ink my entire stay. Also coffee in lobby not always replaced in the am, still cold from previous day. Food offered ok. Close to places to eat.

We stayed here when it was first built a few years back. It's a nice place and very close to an amazing beach. But it needs a little attention to keep standards up, and breakfast was rough... some of it was inedible.
