"I will never book with Wyndham again"

I book with Wyndham for personal travel and I also book all travel for the company I work for through Wyndham however I will be finding another company. I had the worst experience. Sandy who was the front desk clerk was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke with.

"I got check-in to room-111 but in mid night when my both kids (age-1yr & age-5yr) started crying then due to bed bugs bi"

I got check-in to room-111 but in mid night when my both kids (age-1yr & age-5yr) started crying then due to bed bugs bite. We reported the issue to reception and had to change to the room-106 & moved stuff mid night. But we couldn't slept whole night since we all were scared of bed bugs again. I would say -> this was horrible experience ever had in any hotel. I request you to kindly refund my full amount which was not worth of stay & bed bugs biting to my little kids. Please keep your rooms clean atleast of these major issues.

"Hot Springs stay"

Nice hotel, clean, not enough bathroom counter space and lighting by big mirror in hall was terrible, not a good place to try and get ready in the morning. Shuttle service a nice addition if done in a professional manner -- need to know the fees charged and requirements up front.

It was clean and it had a very good breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very nice ..

They had a couple that was fighting till all hours of the night. We could not sleep because they were slamming doors fighting. It was so loud so we only received maybe two hours of rest after driving six hours so it was very horrible.

Staff is great the manager is super helpful. I was missing a toothbrush, and they were quick to get me one. I was very grateful.
