Riad BILKIS

Tout était parfait !! Riad très confortable, petit déjeuner varié chaque jour. Nous avons pris un excellent dîner. Notre hôte nous a bien conseillé. Communication fluide du début à la fin. Riad super bien situé (nous avons pu faire à pieds les différents centres d'intérêt). Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !! Encore merci à vous

Perfect place to feel the spirit of Marrakech, quiet and ideal for resting after hours spent in Medina, great surroundings, typical breakfast, real birds chirping as a alarm clock

Riad met our expectations completely. It's in Marrakech Medina, walking distance to all the attractions you can find. Transport from the airport was organized by Riad, and I can highly reccomend this option. Two rooms were very spacious, one was a bit smaller. Great common space, where we had delicious breakfasts. We also used one time option for a dinner in Riad, prepared by Khadija which was delicious. They also helped us organize quads trip, and mountain trip, which was amazing. Ali gave us all the needed tips where to eat and buy some souvenirs. I can't recommend it more!

We were in January and the common space was a bit cold, so we had to turn on gas heater and air conditioning in the rooms.

Khadija e le sue colazioni e cene, la cura in ogni dettaglio, la posizione comoda. Inoltre siamo stati facilitati in ogni modo possibile nella nostra permanenza e nei nostri spostamenti, davvero un servizio di alto livello.

Nulla tutto perfetto

Le transfert aéroport est très bien organisé: taxi puis bagagiste avec chariot qui vous guide dans les petites allées de la Médina. Une fois sur place l’accueil d’Ali est excellent. Il nous a donné de précieux conseils pour notre séjour. Le Riad en lui même est un petit paradis privé ! La décoration est très soignée. Très propre et literie de qualité. La cuisine de Khadidja est succulente: les meilleurs tagines que j’ai dégusté. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés avec des fruits frais. La cheminée est appréciable par temps froid et le jacuzzi sur la terrasse un petit plus.

Everything very perfect. The Riad is very clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing. Ali and Mohammed were super my and helped us a lot with a lot of god tips. Khadija, the lady that helped us in the Riad, was fantastic. Super polite and helpful. Her breakfast and dinner were the best. Strongly recommend to have dinner at the Riad. Food was so much better than the others restaurants we tried

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa hemos vuelto encantados. El Riad es precioso no le falta un detalle. Khadija es un encanto, prepara unos desayunos espectaculares y lo tienes todo limpísimo y cuidado. Nos llovió un día y al volver nos tenía la chimenea encendida cosa que agradecimos un montón. En cuanto a Ali también es muy majo y te resuelve cualquier duda o problema que le preguntes; nos consiguió tarjeta para el móvil, nos cambió dinero, nos recomendó sitios y nos dio consejos muy útiles. Mis hijos quisieron ver un partido de la Copa de África y nos consiguió un taxi que nos esperó hasta que terminó el partido y nos llevó directos al aeropuerto. Era nuestra primera vez en Marrakech y hospedarte en el Riad Bilkis ha sido como estar en casa con gente de confianza y eso en un país desconocido se agradece mucho. Lo recomendamos totalmente y si volvemos a visitar Marrakech este será nuestro alojamiento
