Riad BILKIS

Hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us find the property and give us valuable advice. The property is beautiful and well exceeded our expectations; being much bigger than we had appreciated both inside and having a number of roof terraces, with a hot tub! It was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful.

We had an amazing stay at the Riad Bilkis. The hosts were extremely welcoming and accomodating to all our needs so much that we only mentioned watching a football game and we had a TV given to us by the evening! Amazing breakfast every morning we loved everything about our stay. The Riad is walkable distance to the square and Khadija gave us detailed information about routes to take as well. Rooms were cleaned everyday and we loved our mint tea which was served whenever we asked for! Thank you Khadija and team you guys do a brilliant job!

There was a small functional problem in Riad BILKIS before our stay and the hosts Khadija and Ali promptly took care of changing us to another Riad, bigger than the one we had originally chosen. The stay was incredible and the hosts are amazing. They were always available to help us and answer any questions, gave us all the informations, tips and warnings to make our stay better, more productive and safe. They even gave us an Arabic language class! People like them are incredible and, as our first contact with Marrakech People, the first impression couldn't be better. We will keep them in our hearts and couldn’t recommend them further!

Everything was perfect!

Ali and Khadija went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay in Riad Bilkis and in Marrakech in general. Khadija took such good care of us, it was like staying with a warm and loving aunt (who makes incredible food!). we felt like family.

Everything about this place is incredible. spacious but cosy. Perfect location inside Medina. Ali and both Khadijas were incredible hosts with breakfast prepared for us every morning. We also had Khadija cook us a 3 course meal on our final night which was incredible. I highly recommend it as an experience. All in all, this place is superb and I’d definitely stay again

Great Riad and customer service.

Not the nicest street.

The Riad was incredible. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner, Khadija was very welcoming and gave us good recommendations of Marrakesh. Nothing was too much trouble. The cooked breakfast was also a nice added touch. Overall, I would highly recommend the Riad.

One bathroom not actually en-suite- not a problem for us and bathrobes provided
