Znakomita lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metra i autobusów a także starego miasta. Bardzo obfite śniadania dostarczane przez dostawcę o umówionej godzinie. Bezpośrednio przy mieszkaniu biuro obsługi , uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. W dniu zakończenia wynajmu można było bez problemu i dodatkowego kosztu pozostawić bagaże.

"Taras" pojęcie umowne - otoczony ze wszystkich stron ścianami, niefunkcjonalny, ponury,bez zieleni no i oczywiście bez widoku. Raczej dodatkowa powierzchnia na zewnątrz ale nieprzyjazna. Ogólnie lokal dla czterech osób- wtedy wygodny. Salon z drzwiami wejściowymi nie powinien być oferowany do spania.
