Everything is controlled remotely - no human person to talk to

We loved this beautiful hotel, the comfortable, large and sweet smelling bedroom. Great bathroom with a double shower. And more than delicious breakfast, with something different every day, hot and cold. Nice surroundings, with a pool, nice outside space and loads of fruit and vegetables grown onsite. And last but not least, the friendly and competent staff. And plenty of nice restaurants short driving distance away and good hiking in the area.

Nothing, except we had to leave

Chambre très propre, confortable. La vue sur la mer superbe, le petit déjeuner sensationnel sucré salé, des fruits, du chaud: l'ensemble bien pensé. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins. Les instructions pour l'arrivée sont très précises avec même une vidéo explicative...

L'accès au site peut être un peu scabreux de nuit et sous la pluie. Nous avions pour notre arrivée un message spécial reçu de l'établissement qui annonçait un coup de vent et des accès facilités (portail et porte d'entrée ouverts): bien vu !

El lugar era muy agradable, entorno precioso con gran paz y tranquilidad. Rodeado de naturaleza. El desayuno era muy variado. El personal era muy agradable siempre dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar.

Si tuviera que poner un pero diría que el acceso es algo complicado.

Very strong smell of chemicals and extra odor sticks to hide it. In November, the temperature inside was not warm and air conditioning is very loud to sleep with. Bed is uncomfortable and despite cleaning efforts it was not clean. Location is on high hill with dirt road and access without car is not possible

L’emplacement n’est pas simple d’accès et il y a des chiens à proximité qui aboient toute la nuit
