Water issues. No water for both toilet. Only the sink have a water. It's difficult to us cause we need to get the water from the sink.

Accommodation Complaint I would like to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay: Uncomfortable bed – The bed is very old and uncomfortable, with the metal springs already protruding and clearly felt when lying down. Lack of basic amenities – There were no complimentary coffee, bottled water, or tissues provided in the room, which are basic expectations for guests. Inadequate towels – The towels provided were extremely thin and small, not suitable for adult use. Air-conditioning issues – The air conditioner was not functioning well and the room remained warm despite adjustments. The curtains were also too thin, allowing sunlight to heat the room during the day. Dirty private beach – The so-called “private beach” was in a very poor condition and extremely dirty, which was very disappointing. I sincerely hope that the management will take immediate action to improve these conditions so that future guests can have a better experience. Thank you.

🚫 Don’t trust the good reviews here – they’re misleading! We booked an apartment for RM437.58, but were given a cheaper unit worth RM269 with fewer beds. It was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam. The apartment was in terrible condition: • Dust everywhere, even under the bed • Poorly maintained and not cleaned properly • Broken sliding door that was hard to open • Worst of all: the shower had extremely low water pressure – the owner even removed the control cap, making it impossible to adjust. I couldn’t even wash my hair properly! Seriously, how do you expect guests to use that? This place is nowhere near worth RM437.58. Do not book this place unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed.
