Kasa Love Field-Medical District Dallas

We stayed there for 3 nights from 12/29-1/1/2025, the room is not good sound proof, we were waked by variant noise every night, on third night after dinner, they updated the call box code, we didn’t know and were locked out of the building

We loved the fact that we had a whole apartment to ourselves for the same cost or even less than a hotel room!

Our stay was very nice. The property was located near UT southwestern medical center. It was easy to find and had a store nearby so that we could purchase groceries. The only turn off that we had about the property was the fact that the hallway opened up to the pool area in the middle with no division between the hallway to the apartment and the outside. Therefore the temperature in the hallway is the same as the outside. That is just a minor thing though. The apartment was well laid out, supplied with utensils, towels, and etc.

This was the perfect place to stay at while I was in town for a conference. The service and communication was top-notch. I felt safe, comfortable and as if I was in my own home. Thank you for your friendly service and hospitality!! I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall stay was great , love hiwnits close to UT and Food places just down the street. Room had full kitchen wash and dryer. Two TVs one in bedroom and one in living room. Lots of space!! Downside, bed was uncomfortable and sqraked with the slightest movement. The tub in bathroom as old and peeling from the bottom made you not want to step foot in it. No trash service on the weekend and we stayed three days so there is that. Was not sure where the pool was we were in building B and was not sure if we could get into Building A maybe it was in there.

I was very pleased with my stay at Kasa- Love Field Medical District. My Kasa was very clean and well appointed. I was in Dallas to visit family and was able to host dinner one evening in my Kasa. I will be staying here again in the future.

Great seamless experience

This place was great! All virtual checkin with easy instructions and room was fully stocked with everything you may need. Fully stocked kitchen diahes, glassware, and utensils as well as pots and pans. Washer and dryer and lots of channels on TV. Would definitely stay here again!

issues with bathroom reported immediately and never addressed. Pull out sofa bed like sleeping on metal. Walls paper thin

Not too bad, parking and getting to the place was a bit frustrating but overall decent
