I have stayed with this company a few times, the one in Ruislip and Stanmore. They steal deposits and take a very long time to get back to you, they also don’t resolve issues and instead tell you they are investigating it every time you call. I do not recommend this place or company to anyone. They have the worst customer service I’ve seen on booking.com

Nice modern appartment , comfy beds and great location for train station , pubs ,shops and resturants

Lack of cutlery ( only 2 forks ) no tin opener and no advice on how to use the hob.

Nice modern apartment. Accessible lift. Clean. Train station just at the bottom of the street so easy travel. Free parking Comfy beds, nice shower. Good kitchen facilities.

Blinds in the main bedroom did not shut so had to sleep with them open and no privacy. Reported the problem via WhatsApp and the message said someone would be in touch soon but nothing. Knew it wouldn't get fixed whilst we were there though, I think the whole blind reel needs replacing. Very warm. Heating was on, set to 30°c when we got there. Turned it off and the apartment stayed 25°c even with windows open. (It was 19°c outside) Bet it's nice and cozy in winter though. £200 damage deposit, checked out over 24hrs ago now and have not had deposit back or received any emails regarding.

"Wonderful location, but not the most comfortable place to stay"

The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the tube, grocery stores, Starbucks and McDonald’s. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking spot and a washing machine in the unit. The amount of space for a family of 4 was also great.

When we first walked in it seemed like a really nice place. However, as we were there we noticed that the apartment was actually kind of dirty. You could tell that they had someone come in and do a surface cleaning between customers, but it has not had a deep cleaning in quite a while. The carpets were stained and left out socks dirty and sticky after walking around for a while, the grout in the showers needed a good scrub, and the furniture had not been moved to be vacuumed under. When we looked behind the couch we found a bunch of trash and a vape pen. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the linens were very cheap. My husband actually put his elbow through one of the towels when drying off.

"They trying to loot money"

The property was nice looking but not worth to stay for that much price in this location

I booked this room for my family who came in early morning flight.So booked 1 extra day and didn’t stayed there.Due to work related issues I collected the key at 3pm and we started living there next day onwards only.They charged me £60 and said I checked in early.The staff behaviour was not great at all while I complained about this.I never had any bad experience like this from anywhere
