We travelled for a funeral and the location was perfect for us. There was safe carparking and very easy access. Check-in and check out were brilliant and very easy.

This Property managments is very bad, they took Security Deposit: GBP 353.00 But they never refund my money back Please don't book this property and they are money money gouging people.

The location was ideal, check in was really easy and all instructions very simple to follow.

Cleanliness could have been better, some stains on rug, broken dust pan, very smelly cloths left on cupboards with no clean ones available to wipe surfaces, only one tea towel in the apartment.

Signing the contract for the accommodation wasn't easy cos the link refused to open till we got tired of just hanging around Heathrow and eventually had to get alternative accommodation in another hotel before the issue was resolved. This was an unnecessary expense which I wouldn't have incurred if only the contact number provided was reachable. Emails were sent and the response was that I will be attended to the next day being Monday. You need to improve on this. But the apartment met my expectations when we eventually moved in and everything about it is as described.

Bedroom carpets weren't clear at all, some bits of food on the floor probably from previous guests, toaster got on fired we had a replacement when reported obviously we had to wait a few hours.
