great location

house was dated, beds, sofa and living room furniture needs upgrading. TV was not plugged in and no wifi. House needs refreshing, inside is dated.

"Disappointing"

Location to town was good. Master bed was comfy and the electric blankets in there worked well.

Filthy carpet with no underlay in the lounge. One of the electric blankets didn’t work properly despite only having been tested a month earlier. Cups and utensils were dirty and needed to be washed in order to use. Fire didn’t produce a lot of heat for a log burner, chimney probably could have done with a sweep. Surprisingly busy road so quite a bit of road noise. Said dogs were allowed, but no fence to contain if let outside. Curtain was used for a tablecloth. Picture showed nice rugs and furnishings however this was not the case and the furnishings were in poor condition. For paying $300 a night I don’t know where all your funds are going but it’s certainly not back into the house.
