Everything was terrible

Everything was terrible, when I arrive at the place they couldn't find my booking, they started arguing that I didn't pay and when they realize that I have paid they started giving excuses about the room, saying that there were another person there and etc. At the end one staff and the manager of the building told me that the room I got doesn't exist anymore, they sold that apartment while ago but they keep renting the apartment and at the check in they give excuses and put you in another cheap room. That is disgusting, I needed to call the police and when they arrive event the police where already familiar with the lady who is doing this. I am impressed how Booking.com can allow such a person in their platform. At the end I rented a room with the hotel itself (this lady its nothing related to the hotel, she just owns some apartments), I paid much cheaper and I had a much better room. This lady will be prosecuted by me and is under police investigation at the moment by committing fraud by renting an apartment that she is not the owner anymore.

The staff are really friendly

They didn't provide soap, the appliances were old, and the place was smelly

Location is really good

We had issues with the flat we stayed on, and there was a lot of miscommunication on how to properly address the issue, which ended up in no resolution in a timely manner, forcing us to move to a different place

Apartamento muito bom, com duas camas de solteiro e sofazinho. Faltando alguns acabamentos em luminárias. Banheiro com piso um pouco encardido. Controles de TV e Ar faltando tampas das pilhas.

Ótima experiência, equipe da recepção muito atenciosa.

Supera as expectativas! Fiquei hospedado pela segunda vez e pretendo me hospedar novamente, caso precise voltar a Goiânia.

O Flat é ótimo Limpeza impecável O que precisa ser resolvido é descarga do banheiro pois quando aperta ela dispara sem parar e alaga o banheiro de água Tirando isso tudo OK E não tem café da manhã no local
