This place may very well be a little hidden gem. My niece and I went from a Friday to Saturday. I think we enjoyed everything they had to offer. It was refreshing to take a step back in time. This is a very well maintained spot. I would definitely go back. Rich and Karen were awesome. We were a bit early so we received a little history from Rich. Check in and check out were simple. It was so relaxing there.

We were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed this resort. It is a small older property however it is maintained very well.

Stay away. Stay anywhere else but here. Place is reminiscent of a delapidated Days Inn. People are down right rude and racist. You could not pay me to stay here. Actually tempted to rent rooms out (without staying night) and hanging out by the pool with minorities to sit back and laugh at the conniption.

Loved our stay at Sand Dune Shores. Amazing location, directly on the beach. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to go back!

Easy and convenient beach access, unit was very outdated, no umbrellas for beach, loud carrying on at the pool til late, homeless camp behind unit to the left on the way to beach, cigarettes and cigar butts left on beach. So other than super nice property manager and easy beach access, the place was very average. Suggest unit remodel, one umbrella per unit, quiet hours after 9 pm for pool, and move the homeless camp. Have someone skim the cigar and cig butts every evening.
